By opening its regional office in Osijek today, Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak continued to expand regionally, which was announced at the beginning of the year.. After having opened a regional office in Split more than a year ago and a regional office in Pula at the end of the last year, this is the third regional office opened by the Croatian development and export bank.. The office will be in charge of five counties (County of Osijek-Baranja, County of Vukovar-Srijem, County of Slavonski Brod-Posavina, County of Požega-Slavonia and County of Virovitica-Podravina).. Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak has recently launched two loan programmes for the financing of projects in agriculture: Loan Programme for the Development of Cattle Breeding and Loan Programme for the Financing of Perennial Crops.. Opatija, 5th April 2005 – Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak (HBOR) and a syndicate of banks with mandated lead arrangers Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, BayerLB, Calyon and Mizuho Corporate Bank signed a Credit Agreement relating to a syndicated Term Loan Facility of € 160,000,000.. Beside the above four mandated lead arrangers, other banks participating in the syndicate are: Depfa Bank, Dresdner Bank, Erste Bank, HSBC, Kommunalkredit Austria AG, Privredna banka Zagreb, Standard Chartered, Alpha Bank, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and BAWAG.. The facility has been granted for a period of three years with the possibility of an extension for two years on the most favourable borrowing terms and conditions in the international syndicated loan market: EURIBOR + 35 bp per  ...   as one of the most prestigious investments in Croatia.. In compliance with its Loan Programme for Financing Exports by Providing Framework Credit Lines to Foreign Buyers' Banks, during the summer HBOR signed two new agreements that will contribute to the increase in Croatian exports to the markets of Russia and Serbia and Montenegro.. By these agreements, procedures and all the necessary documentation regarding loans to foreign buyers' commercial banks are defined before export contracts are concluded.. In this way, the procedure of loan granting is shortened and simplified, thus increasing the competitiveness of Croatian exporters.. The agreement between HBOR and Alfa Banka was concluded to the loan amount of EUR 20 million, the highest limit with foreign banks contracted so far, whereas an individual export transaction that may be financed through a loan can be EUR 100,000.. According to the data of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Russian Federation is one of the most important markets for Croatian export goods and services.. During 2004, the value of exported goods from Russia to Croatia was more than US dollars 1.. 2 billion, whereas Croatian exports to Russia amounted to US dollars 115 million.. The agreement with Komercijalna Banka Beograd was concluded in the amount of EUR 4 million, and the lowest amount of individual transactions  ...   Alfa Banka was established in 1990 and is one of the largest private banks in Russia..
